PRENATAL CLASSES

Welcome to our Prenatal Class page! Our Prenatal Classes will help you to build and maintain strength during your pregnancy, while increasing your flexibility. You have a wide range of choices in our library and may take class a full class 6o minutes long to a short, but effective, tune up 5 minutes long! We have something for everyday, and depending on your level of energy, desire, and stage of pregnancy, you may find a class or tune up to suit your needs. We encourage you to listen to your intuition and meet yourself where you are at any given moment. It will be of great use to you in your practice, and in your labor and birth.
